in this study we will be looking at the phrase new moon. does the phrase new moon exist in the scripture? what will the scriptures reveal?

blow the ram’s horn at the time of the 'new moon 'חֹדֶשׁ, in the time appointed, on our festival day.
the hebrew word חֹדֶשׁ - chodesh (comes from the word chadash), and is translated here to be, new moon?
then a new חָדָשׁ sovereign מֶלֶךְ arose over mitsrayim, who did not know Yosĕph,
here the word chadash is translated to be new, followed by the word melek (sovereign/king) - chadash melek
Until the morrow after the seventh Sabbath you count fifty days, then you shall bring a new מֶלֶךְ grain offering מִנְחָה to יהוה.
here the word chadash is also translated to new, followed by the word minchâh (grain offering)
the word chadash/chodesh - "new" appears 150 times in the tanakh", acronym for: torah (teachings), nevi'im (prophets) and khetuvim (writings). it appears 9 times outside the torah and in those 9 appearances is translated as "new moon"? In it's other 141 appearances it is NOT once translated as "new moon"

you will also note that these 9 appearances occurs all outside the torah
and he dreamed still another dream and related it to his brothers, and said, see, i have dreamed another dream, and see, the sun and the moon (yareach) and the eleven stars bowed down to me
these two words, chodesh yareach, does not once appear in all of the hebrew scriptures together
and the officers shall speak to the people, saying, ‘who is the man who has built a new house and has not dedicated it? ...
and they placed the ark of elohim on a new wagon, and brought it from the house of aḇinaḏaḇ...
and the bronze altar which was before יהוה he brought from the front of the house, from between the new altar and the house of יהוה...
three rows of heavy stones and one row of new timber...
see, the days are coming,” declares יהוה, “when I shall make a new covenant with the house of yisra’ĕl and with the house of yehuḏah
cast away from you all the transgressions, by which you have transgressed, and make for yourselves a new heart and a new spirit. for why should you die, O house of yisra’ĕl?
chadash bayith - a new house
chadash agalah - a new wagon
chadash mizbêach - the new altar
chadash aw - new timber
chadash berı̂yth - new covenant
chadash lêb - a new heart... a chadash rûach - new spirit
in these examples, the word new, describe that which is new
besides the burnt offering with its grain offering for the new moon...
and dawiḏ said to yehonathan, “see, tomorrow is the new moon...
so yehonathan said to him, “tomorrow is the new moon...
and dawiḏ hid in the field. and when the new moon came...
and he said, “why are you going to him today? it is neither the new moon nor the sabbath...

that the hebrew word chodesh, in all of these scriptures, was translated to be a new moon; although the word for moon (yareach) does not even appear once in these texts
and based on the assumption that chodesh should be rendered as "new moon"; we have a large group of people that follow a so-called scriptural "moon" calendar
