why the signs determine the 4th day

the question:
how do you know the equinox is on the 4th day?

before i answer, the following statement(s):
the sign of the end and beginning of the year, announces the 4th day. the 4th day is not set in cement as we think it to be. the 7th day cannot be determent if we do not know when the 1st day starts. yahuah does not start his counting with 4, and neither with 7. yahuah starts counting at the beginning. he therefore gives us signs to determine his set-times, days and years, and nothing else.

it is also important to mention charl’s concern when it comes to the keeping of yahuah’s times. time was created by yahuah, and a circuit of time forms a whole year. when we do not take in mind, and give account of each second of that circuit, we cannot say that we have the correct time.

i begin at the beginning:

gen 1:1 in the beginning elohim created the heavens and the earth. 2 and the earth came to be formless and empty, and darkness was on the face of the deep. and the spirit of elohim was moving on the face of the waters.

3 … and light came to be…5 … the first day.

6 and elohim said, “let an expanse come to be in the midst of the waters, and let it separate the waters from the waters… second day.

9 and elohim said, “let the waters under the heavens be gathered together into one place, and let the dry land appear…11 and elohim said, “let the earth bring forth grass, the plant that yields seed, and the fruit tree that yields fruit according to its kind, whose seed is in itself, on the earth…the third day.

14 and elohim said, “let lights come to be in the expanse of the heavens to separate the day from the night, and let them be for signs and appointed times, and for days and years…16 and elohim made two great lights: the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night the stars…19…fourth day.

20 and elohim said, “let the waters teem with shoals of living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth on the face of the expanse of the heavens…22 and elohim blessed them, saying, “bear fruit and increase…23…fifth day.

24 and elohim said, “let the earth bring forth the living creature according to its kind: livestock and creeping creatures and beasts of the earth, according to its kind.” and it came to be so…26 and elohim said, “let us make man in our image, according to our likeness… 27 and elohim created the man in his image, in the image of elohim he created him – male and female he created them. 28 and elohim blessed them, and elohim said to them, “bear fruit and increase, and fill the earth and subdue it, and rule over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the heavens, and over all creatures moving on the earth…31 …sixth day.

gen 2:1 thus the heavens and the earth were completed, and all their array. 2 and on the seventh day elohim completed his work which he had done, and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. gen 2:3 and elohim blessed the seventh day and set it apart, because on it he rested from all his work which elohim in creating had made…

note that the above show 8 sections. so, how do we keep time for eternity, keeping these sections in the circuit of a year?

without going into a long discussion, i am going to try and keep this short and to the point.

according to gen 1: 14:

and elohim said, “let lights come to be in the expanse of the heavens to separate the day from the night, and let them be for signs and appointed times, and for days and years…16 and elohim made two great lights: the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night the stars…19…fourth day…

it is clear that the signs was created and day 4 came to be. so, the signs are what is connected with day 4. i can already here you say, that this does not say it is the equinox!

to determine if this is the case, we will have to look at some other scriptures.

exo 34:22 and perform the festival of weeks for yourself, of the first-fruits of wheat harvest, and the festival of ingathering at the turn of the year (tequwphah).

1sa 1:20 and it came to be at the turn of days (tequwphah), that ḥannah conceived and bore a son, and called his name shemu’ĕl, “because i have asked יהוה for him.

2ch 24:23 and it came to be, at the turn of the year (tequwphah), that the army of aram came up against him…

psa 19:6 its rising is from one end of the heavens, and its circuit (tequwphah) to the other end; and naught is hidden from its heat.

tequwphah = coming round, circuit of time or space, a turning, circuit, as of the sun, hence the course of time, of a season, after the course of a year

to understand the turn/end of a year, we will now look at the following and see if we can determine what it is.

enoch 72:6 in this way he rises in the first month in the great portal, which is the fourth, those six portals in the east… 9 and during this period the day becomes daily longer and the night nightly shorter to the thirtieth morning. 10 on that day the day is longer than the night by a ninth part, and the day amounts exactly to ten parts and the night to eight parts.

the above gives us a clue of the beginning of the year, at the end of the first month, on the 30th of the first month, the day became longer than the night by a 9th part. the day is now 10 part and the night 8 part. so, if the day became longer by a 9th part, the day was then on the 1st day of abib 9 parts long. if the day then has 10 parts and the night 8 parts at the end of the first month, we can conclude that a period of a day and night together consist of 18 parts. keeping this in mind, it is then obvious that the 1st of abib started off with an equal night and day part, 9 parts each.

enoch 72:19 and the sun go forth from that fifth portal and sets in the fifth portal of the west, and rises in the fourth portal for one-and-thirty mornings on account of its sign, and sets in the west. 20 on that day the day is equalized with the night, and becomes of equal length, and the night amounts to nine parts and the day to nine parts.

the above is referring to the end of the 6th month of the year, the 31st day. in that night the night becomes 9 part and the next day, the 1st of the 7th month, the day becomes 9 part.

enoch 72:31 and on that day the sun rises from that portal, and sets in the west, and returns to the east, and rises in the third portal for one-and-thirty mornings, and sets in the west of the heaven. 32 on that day the night decreases and amounts to nine parts, and the day to nine parts, and the night is equal to the day and the year is exactly as to its days three hundred and sixty-four.

the above is referring to the last day of the year, the 31st day of the 12th month. that night the night amounts to 9 parts and the following day to 9 parts. that then concludes the circuit (tequwphah) of the year.

now to determine what an equal night and day is called.

the word is derived from the latin aequinoctium, from aequus (equal) and nox (genitive noctis) (night). on the day of an equinox, daytime and night-time are of approximately equal duration all over the planet.

thus, from this short study we can conclude that the equinox is what ends and starts a new year, and what ends the middle and begins the second half of a year. the sign that determines this is the sun, the greater light. thus, still in line with gen 1:14.

the above then is the answer for the question: “how do you know the equinox is on the 4th day?”

yahuah teaches us how to count the year as follows:

enoch 82:9 their four leaders who distinguish the four parts of the year enter first and after them the twelve leaders of the orders who divide the months, for the three hundred and sixty (days) there are heads over thousands who divide the days; and for the four intercalary days there are the leaders which sunder the four parts of the year, 10 and these heads over thousands are intercalated between leader and leader, each behind a station, but their leaders make the division. and these are the names of the leaders who distinguish the four parts of the year which are ordained: malke’yal, hemel melek, and mêl’êyal, and nârêl

so, we start the years counting with:

1. malke’yal

2. hemel melek

3. mêl’êyal

4. nârêl

testing it against the creation week.

enoch 82:15 in the beginning of the year malkî’êl rises first and rules, who is named tam’âinî and sun, and all the days of his dominion whilst he bears rule are ninety-one days

we now already know that malkî’êl is counted first. malkî’êl is also called tam’aini and sun.

why would that be?

malkî’êl – my king is el, giving glory to yahuah elohim that gives light on the 1st day, light that existed although the sun was not yet.
tam’aini – tam’ayen h8535 tam – to complete; coupled together, perfect, plain, undefiled, upright. is a verb which means to be fulfilled, to be completed to come about, to happen, to take place, to persist, to continue something. h369 ayin – as if from a primitive root meaning to be nothing or not exist; a non-entity; less, be gone, never, none, not, to nought, past, un(searchable), without. also, a qur’anic word that means time, era, epoch, age, literally meaning the time.

tam’ayen couples the 360 days with the first 4 days. this is why tam’ayen is called out separately, he is the great gate (4th gate) spoken of in enoch 72:6 in this way he rises in the first month in the great portal, which is the fourth. tam’ayen was nothing, and only when the sun became one day of age, he was known as tam’ayen.

hemel melek – strength is my king.
mêl’êjal – the fulness of yah
nârêl – the brightness (fire) of el (72:4 and first there goes forth the great luminary, named the sun, and his circumference is like the circumference of the heaven, and he is quite filled with illuminating and heating fire). the sun is the sign that determines the length of a day and a night, and was given with the other signs within the 4th day.

because of the above, we can fill in day 6 and 7. day 6 being the day yahuah created livestock, creeping creatures, beasts of the earth, and man; and day 7 the day he set-apart and rested on. therefore day 7 became a sign for those that follow yahuah’s teachings and not the teachings of man. how do we know that 6 and 7 is what it is? just have a look at the very first days of creation, the signs are what formed day 4, and 3 days later it was the very first sabbath.

we are now left with one portion of the creational time, that was the portion in which yahuah created the heaven’s, earth, the great deep, and darkness. is there an explanation for this, as this is a period outside of time?

enoch 82:17 and these are the names of the leaders which are under them: berka’êl, zêlebs’êl, and another who is added a head of a thousand, called hîlû-yâsĕph: and the days of the dominion of this leader are at an end

according to the above this leader is addad at an end. the end of what, the end of the 360 days. remember yahuah teaches that first comes in the 4 (malke’yal, hemel melek, and mêl’êyal, and nârêl), then follows the 360, and the last day of the 360 is at the end.

hîlû’yâsĕph – hîlû, look and behold; yâsĕph, yahuah will add (from the root yasaf), make longer. from this leader we learn from his name, that behold yahuah will add. this adding take place outside the circuit (tequwphah) of a year. yahuah adds this period at the end of each year.

but there is still more to come.

enoch 82:20 these are the names, and the orders, and the leaders of those heads of thousands: gîdâ’îyal, hêlya’êl, and ki’êl, and the name of the head of a thousand which is added to them, asfâ’êl and the days of his dominion are at an end

so, as it is with hîlû’yâsĕph, here we learn about asfâ’êl, and he is also added at an end. the end of what? at the end of hîlû’yâsĕph.

asfâ’êl – el adds. asfâ’êl distinguishes the 366th day – to balance time every 4 years. asfa’el appears at the end of the winter cycle, going into fall, which is confirmed when the celestial fall equinox comes in a day later every four years. so, when asfa’el appears it forces another day outside the time of the 360 assembly days.

hîlû’yâsĕph and asfâ’êl also gives the explanation of enoch 74:11 and the overplus of the sun and of the stars amounts to six days: in 5 years 6 days…

(4+360) +1-1st year / (4+360) +1-2nd year / (4+360) +1-3rd year / (4+360) +1+1-4th year / (4+360) +1-5th year (+1+1+1+1+1+1= an overplus of 6 days in 5 year).

with this we conclude charl’s concern when it comes to the keeping of yahuah’s times. we can now give an account of each second of the circuit (tequwphah) of a year. therefore, we can now say: “we have the correct time!”

only to abba yahauh, we give all the glory and thank for revealing this hidden matter to us.

before i complete this study, there is one more question that always comes around when it comes to this topic: “what about the six days you will work and the 7th day you will rest, as scriptures teaches us. this is a continual cycle that cannot be broken!”

lev 23:3 ‘six days work is done, but the seventh day is a sabbath of rest, a set-apart gathering. you do no work; it is a sabbath to יהוה in all your dwellings.

the above scripture and the other three or four places it is repeated, is the truth. do we find that yahuah himself though allow through his teaching to break this cycle of 6 days work and the 7th day rest?

lev 23:6 ‘and on the fifteenth day of this month is the festival of unleavened bread to יהוה – seven
days you eat unleavened bread. 7 on the first day you have a set-apart gathering, you do no servile work. 8 and you shall bring an offering made by fire to יהוה for seven days. on the seventh day is a
set-apart gathering, you do no servile work.

as can be seen from the above, we have days that falls within the six days of work, in which yahuah himself allows for days not to be worked on.

lev 23:16 until the morrow after the seventh sabbath you count fifty days, then you shall bring a new grain offering to 21 יהוה and on this same day you shall proclaim a set-apart gathering for
yourselves, you do no servile work on it – a law forever in all your dwellings throughout your generations.

also with the feast of weeks we have another resting day that yahuah allows, that falls within the 6 days of work cycle.

lev 23:23 and יהוה spoke to mosheh, saying, 24 “speak to the children of yisra’ĕl, saying, ‘in the
seventh month, on the first day of the month, you have a rest, a remembrance of blowing of trumpets, a set-apart gathering. 25 ‘you do no servile work, and you shall bring an offering made by fire to .יהוה

lev 23:27 “on the tenth day of this seventh month is the day of atonement. it shall be a set-apart gathering for you. and you shall afflict your beings, and shall bring an offering made by fire to .יהוה
28 “and you do no work on that same day, for it is the day of atonement, to make atonement for you before יהוה your elohim.

lev 23:34 “speak to the children of yisra’ĕl, saying, ‘on the fifteenth day of this seventh month is the festival of booths for seven days to 35 יהוה on the first day is a set-apart gathering, you do no
servile work. 36 for seven days you bring an offering made by fire to יהוה . on the eighth day there
shall be a set-apart gathering for you, and you shall bring an offering made by fire to יהוה . it is a
closing festival; you do no servile work.

so, we also find for the feasts of the 7th month, that yahuah allowed for days of rest within the six days of work.

now look closely, you will note that over the cycle of the feasts, yahuah allowed for resting days that falls within the 6 days of work on days 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6.
