what does ‘to come on the clouds mean’?

bemiḏbar (numbers)‬ ‭11:25, 29‬ ‭ and יהוה came down in the cloud, and spoke to him, and took of the spirit that was upon him, and placed the same upon the seventy elders. and it came to be, when the spirit rested upon them, that they prophesied, but did not continue. then mosheh said to him, “are you jealous for my sake? oh, that all the people of יהוה were prophets, that יהוה would put his spirit upon them!”

Ma`asei (Acts)‬ ‭2:1-47‬ ‭ And when the Day of the Festival of Shaḇu‛ot had come, they were all with one mind in one place. And *suddenly there came a sound from the heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.* And there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and settled on each one of them. And they were all filled with the Set-apart Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them to speak. Now in Yerushalayim there were dwelling Yehuḏim, dedicated men from every nation under the heaven. And when this sound came to be, the crowd came together, and were confused, because everyone heard them speak in his own language. And they were all amazed and marvelled, saying to each other, “Look, are not all these who speak Galileans? “And how do we hear, each one in our own language in which we were born? Parthians and Medes and Ěylamites, and those dwelling in Aram Naharayim, both Yehuḏah and Kappadokia, Pontos and Asia,” both Phrygia and Pamphulia, Mitsrayim and the parts of Libya around Cyrene, visitors from Rome, both Yehuḏim and converts, Cretans and Araḇs, we hear them speaking in our own tongues the great deeds of Elohiym. And they were all amazed, and were puzzled, saying to each other, “What does this mean?” And others mocking said, “They have been filled with sweet wine.” But Kĕpha, standing up with the eleven, lifted up his voice and said to them, “Men of Yehuḏah and all those dwelling in Yerushalayim, let this be known to you, and listen closely to my words. “For these men are not drunk, as you imagine, since it is only the third hour of the day. *But this is what was spoken by the prophet Yo’ĕl:* ‘And it shall be in the last days, says Elohiym, that I shall pour out of My Spirit on all flesh. And your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams, and also on My male servants and on My female servants I shall pour out My Spirit in those days, and they shall prophesy. ‘And I shall show wonders in the heaven above and signs in the earth beneath: blood and fire and vapour of smoke. *‘The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the coming of the great and splendid day of יהוה. (note: the day you die)* ‘And it shall be that everyone who calls on the Name of יהוה shall be saved.’ “Men of yashar’el, hear these words: yahusha of Natsareth, a Man from elohiym, having been pointed out to you by mighty works, and wonders, and signs *which elohiym did through Him* in your midst, as you yourselves also know, this One, given up by the set purpose and foreknowledge of elohiym, *you have impaled and put to death through the hands of lawless men* – “Him elohiym raised up, having loosed the pangs of death, because it was impossible that He could be held in its grip. “For Dawiḏ says concerning Him, ‘I saw יהוה before me continually, because He is at my right hand, in order that I should not be shaken. ‘For this reason my heart rejoiced, and my tongue was glad, and now my flesh shall also rest in expectation, because *You shall not leave my being in She’ol,* nor shall You give Your Lovingly-committed one to see corruption. ‘You have made known to me the ways of life, You shall fill me with joy in Your presence.’ Men and brothers, let me speak boldly to you of the ancestor Dawiḏ, that he died and was buried, and his tomb is with us to this day. “Being a prophet, then, and knowing that elohiym had sworn with an oath to him: of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, to raise up the messiah to sit on his throne, foreseeing this he spoke concerning the resurrection of the messiah, that *His being was neither left in She’ol, nor did His flesh see corruption.* “Elohiym has raised up this yahusha, of which we are all witnesses. “Therefore, having been exalted to the right hand of elohiym, and having received from the Father the promise of the Set-apart Spirit, He poured out this which you now see and hear. “For Dawiḏ did not ascend into the heavens, but he himself said, ‘יהוה said to my master, “Sit at My right hand, until I make Your enemies a footstool for Your feet.” ’ Therefore let all the house of yashar’el know for certain that elohiym has made this yahusha, whom you impaled, both master and messiah. And having heard this, they were pierced to the heart, and said to Kĕpha and the rest of the emissaries, “Men, brothers, what shall we do?” And Kĕpha said to them, “Repent, and let each one of you be immersed in the Name of yahusha messiah for the forgiveness of sins. And you shall receive the gift of the set-apart spirit. For the promise is to you and to your children, and to all who are far off, as many as יהוה our elohiym shall call. And with many other words he earnestly witnessed and urged them, saying, “Be saved from this crooked generation.” Then those, indeed, who gladly received his word, were immersed. And on that day about three thousand beings were added to them. And they were continuing steadfastly in the teaching of the emissaries, and in the fellowship, and in the breaking of bread, and in the prayers. And fear came upon every being, and many wonders and signs were being done through the emissaries. And all those who believed were together, and had all in common, and sold their possessions and property, and divided them among all, as anyone might have need. And day by day, continuing with one mind in the Set-apart Place, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and simplicity of heart, praising elohiym and having favour with all the people. And the Master added to the assembly those who were being saved, day by day.”

‭‭Mattithyahu (Matthew)‬ ‭24:30-31‬ And then *the sign of the son of aḏam shall appear in the heaven,* and then all the tribes of the earth shall mourn, *and they shall see the son of aḏam coming on the clouds of the heaven* with power and much esteem. And He shall send His messengers with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together His chosen ones from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other.”

Dani’ĕl (Daniel)‬ ‭7:13 *I was looking in the night visions and saw One like the Son of Enosh, coming with the clouds of the heavens!* And He came to the Ancient of Days, and they brought Him near before Him.”

Mattithyahu (Matthew)‬ ‭23:34-39‬ ‭ Because of this, see, I send you prophets, and wise men, and scholars of Scripture. Some of them you shall kill and impale, and some of them you shall flog in your congregations and persecute from city to city, so that on you should come all the righteous blood shed on the earth, from the blood of righteous Heḇel to the blood of Zeḵaryah, son of Bereḵyah, whom you murdered between the Dwelling Place and the slaughter-place (note: from adam to messiah). Truly, I say to you, all this shall come upon this generation. “Yerushalayim, Yerushalayim, killing the prophets and stoning those who are sent to her! How often I wished to gather your children together, the way a hen gathers her chickens under her wings, but you would not! See! Your house is left to you laid waste, for I say to you, from now on you shall by no means see Me, until you say, *Blessed is He who is coming in the Name of יהוה!*

Mattithyahu (Matthew)‬ ‭27:25‬ ‭ And all the people answering, said, “His blood be on us and on our children.”

Luqas (Luke)‬ ‭21:22-25, 27‬ ‭ Because these are days of vengeance, to fill all that have been written. “And woe to those who are pregnant and to those who are nursing children in those days! For there shall be great distress in the earth and wrath upon this people. And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and be led away captive into all nations. And Yerushalayim shall be trampled underfoot by the nations until the times of the nations are filled. “And *there shall be signs in the sun, and moon, and stars,* and on the earth anxiety of nations, in bewilderment at the roaring of the sea, and agitation, *“And then they shall see the Son of Aḏam coming in a cloud with power and much esteem.”*

Marqos (Mark)‬ ‭9:1‬ ‭ And He said to them, “Truly, I say to you that there are some standing here who shall not taste of death at all until they see the reign of Elohiym having come in power:”

Qorintiyim Aleph (1 Corinthians)‬ ‭15:51-58‬ ‭

See, I speak a secret to you: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible has to put on incorruption, and this mortal to put on immortality. And when this corruptible has put on incorruption, and this mortal has put on immortality, then shall come to be the word that has been written, *“Death is swallowed up in overcoming.”* “O Death, where is your sting? O She’ol, where is your overcoming?” And the sting of death is the sin, and the power of the sin is the Torah. But thanks to *Elohiym who gives us the overcoming through our Master יהושע Messiah. (note: messiah already showed us the example how to overcome)* Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always excelling in the work of the Master, knowing that your labour is not in vain in the Master.”
